The Unidisk SC player features Linn’s proprietary Silver Disk Engine™ and delivers high quality audio or video from a range of ‘silver disc’ types, including CD, Super Audio CD, DVD-Video and DVD-Audio. Insert a disc and the Unidisk SC will instantly detect the highest performance signal available on the disc, processing it independently through dedicated circuitry optimised with the precise decoding solution for that signal.

Unidisk SC integrates high-fidelity audio and crystal clear video to ensure that no matter what format your music and movies have been recorded in, you can always experience them at the highest possible performance level. Unidisk SC has a range of inputs to allow you to connect other audio and video sources and can even create the surround-sound experience from your stereo sources such as CD, or let you enjoy satellite TV broadcasts or console games in full surround-sound.

Unidisk SC also benefits from ‘silent power’ from an evolved version of Linn’s Switch Mode Power Supply which delivers power to the internal circuitry and minimises the effects of noise from the mains supply on the product performance.
